REGISTRATION FOR SACRAMENTS: Baptism, First Communion and/or Confirmation
FOR YOUTH & CHILDREN -- TWO-YEAR PROGRAM
FIRST COMMUNION -BAPTISM 7 through 13 yrs. old-
Classes are in English OR Spanish, on Sundays - Attendance is required -
Some activities will be taking place also on Friday and/or Saturday.

Registration for all CCD classes FOR CHILDREN 7 -13 YEARS OLD
Online registration begins July 1 through August 7
In-person registration, July 24 through August 7, Monday through Friday -10:00 AM-3:00 PM.
You must bring all the items to enroll your child in the program: Sacrament certificates & payment

If your child is a returning student
You still need to complete a Returning Student Registration and make the payment. If the student needs to be Baptized, the Godparents must provide proof of Sacraments.
Religious Education Registration for New Students:
Please make sure you have the following items before you register the student:
Parents must have a working email to register. Make sure you add our email information since we communicate through email.
Birth Certificate- if the student hasn't been Baptized
Baptism Certificate
First Communion Certificate
If the student completed the first year and is transferring from another church, we need the Church's letter stating a satisfactory completion
(the church’s letterhead & signed by the priest and contact information)
Complete the registration form online
Make the registration fee payment -NON-REFUNDABLE FIRST
The tuition fee is PER YEAR NON-REFUNDABLE as follows:
Single Sacrament: $100 (per year)- First Communion (7-13 years old and older)
Two Sacraments: $125 (per year) - Baptism and First Communion
Three Sacraments $150 (per year) - Baptism, First Communion & Confirmation
**IMPORTANT NOTE-GODPARENTS for Baptism MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF THEIR SACRAMENTS**
Parents and Godparents must attend our Baptismal Instruction no later than January.
(Godparents can Register for the Adult Sacrament Preparation RCIA (English) or RICA (Spanish) -A one-year program if they are missing any or all of their sacraments)

THE COMPLETED ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION FORM PER STUDENT,
AND THE NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT FEE -

FIRST DAY OF CLASS, SUNDAY AUGUST 18 FOR ALL PARENTS AND STUDENTS
